    No, they didn't. (Well, I don't think they did.)

    The dude shouted "Baba Booey" at the BBC camera, not at the NBC camera -- unless they used the same cameras.

    I figured they used a pool feed and edited things to fit their needs. I highly doubt NBC had their own cameras covering the entire ceremony.

    You're probably right BUT NBC did spend $1 billion for the rights to these Olympics compared to the $100 million the BBC spent. And I read somewhere that for every BBC staffer covering the games, there are 4 NBC staffers.

    So NBC might have had the clout to use its own cameras for everything. But who knows?
