Was Anybody Embarassed By Howard's Pants Rant?

I listened to Howard's pants rant 3 times and it really concerned me. I haven't known any guys that care that much about an item of clothing. I had a hard time understanding the issue. The pants shrunk. Go get a new pair. Almost 10 minutes on linen pants. Linen pants? How about getting some nice jeans or dress pants like a normal person. Was anybody else cringing when Howard was talking about his linen pants.

I also thought he sounded like a spoiled child during that rant. Whaa, I just want Beth to do my Laundry. He could afford to buy the factory that makes the pants and he's whining and again he sounds like a very spoiled baby. Jeeze Howard, you have more money than 99.9% of the people in the world. I don't think he has any idea how much $$$$$ he really has. He could have his own factory that only makes cloths for him and on call.

I actually sympathized with him. I obsess over this same thing with jeans especially. It takes a minute to get the right fit and if they are washed everything is ruined and your fucked. I hate that shit!

Yeah yeah first world problems but it distracts from the more important things at hand.

Not as much as I did when he complained to Jon Favreau about the GIFTS he was given.

Isnt John Varvatos (spelling?) some high fashion designer type? And Howard met with him personally and had jeans custom fit by him? I have no idea how much that would cost, but im sure it is overly expensive to do, I would be pissed if they shrunk too. That said it not something he should rant about on the air, it sounds pretty bad, both out of touch and sounds like a bitch.

It just once again showed how out of touch he is with any mundane household task.

With expensive clothing comes expensive care. Not quite sure where the disconnect occured in his household.
Beth should take care of clothing cleaning/laundering directives.

Yes it was one of the worst moments in his radio history IMO. I lost a lot of respect for the guy after that stupid shit.

My wife keeps seeing Howard on AGT and wonders what Ralph does for Howard since every outfit has been head-to-toe BLACK. She keeps saying, "*I* could pick out his clothes and do it for a lot less than RALPH gets paid."

Yeah, but I doubt that your wife is interested in slamming her tongue into Howard's crusty asshole. She also doesn't (I assume) have a dick for Howard to suck. All part of Ralph's service.

It's not even 1st world problems, Howard has people buy his clothes for him. That's why it's hard for him to like the clothes he wears.

For most of us, it's the old, "if you aren't liking it in the fitting room, you won't wear it later" but he doesnt do that part.

Interesting... maybe that explains the "All Black All the Time" look that he's been sporting. He looks like he's been shopping at Hot Topic.

How about " shrink to fit" then wash them any way you want.
