    Thanks, you answered a question I was going to ask. I enjoy the In-N-Out burgers here on the west coast. I've been hearing about the White Castle burgers for quite awhile so I was curious.
    I used to live on fast food and my weight went way up and I don't recommend it except on occasion. When I cut down on the fast food most of the weight came off. It is less expensive to eat out especially if you are single or a couple. I'll check to see if there are White Castle's here now.

    Well, I may have exaggerated by including White Castle in the "great burgers" statement.

    I think In-N-Out are really great greasy burgers and I love to have a Double Double about once a week.

    White Castle are pretty good guilty pleasures. plus they're tiny and it's easy to quickly decide if you like them or not.

    and if i feel like cooking i usually make a protein seared with the same onions and peppers and then reduce them down into a wine sauce with over roasted potato and a steamed vegetable side or ill barbecue a pork tenderloin with those same veg
